Staffing Opportunities - Disney Direct Marketing

Reservations
Inbound reservation calls will include scheduling of airline, restaurant hotel, theme park, and car rental reservations. Each applicant must complete and graduate from a 5-6 week program. Perfect attendance is expected during the training program.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and stable work history. During the qualification process, Allied Staffing will conduct computer evaluations, in-person interviews and a criminial background check.

Catalog
Inbound calls from Disney customers ordering from the Disney Catalog. Each applicant must complete and graduate from a 1-2 week program. Mandatory perfect attendance during training program.
