IMPORTANT PAYROLL UPDATE

As a valued Allied employee we would like to remind you of our payroll process.  Allied's work week runs Monday thru Sunday.  Timecards are due in our office by the following Monday at 5:00 p.m.  In order to guarantee payment on time, it is your responsibility to meet this deadline.  You may drop off your timecard at any Allied office or you may fax it to us at 913-491-3577.  If you fax, you must call payroll before Tuesday at noon at 913-428-2525 option 5 to confirm your fax was received.

Effective February 19th, 2007, if your timecard is late or the fax is not received Allied will be able to pay for a late timecard one time only.  Otherwise, the time will be processed the following week.  Payroll advances are not available.

Our work week is from Monday through Sunday. To be eligible for a paycheck on the following Friday, it is your responsibility to complete and turn in your timecard to one of our offices by 5 p.m. on Monday. There are mail slots or mail boxes at each office for weekend drop-off. Timecards received after that time will be processed the following week.

You must use a new timecard for each assignment and check your timecard for accuracy! Make sure you include the following:

  • The name of the company for which you worked
  • The week-ending date
  • Your name and Social Security number
  • Total number of hours for the day and week
  • Your signature
  • Your supervisor's signature

When you work overtime hours (i.e., more than 40 hours in a given week), be sure to record them on your timecard for proper credit. Finally, if the company we assign you to uses a group time sheet rather than timecards, be sure to "time in" and "time out" daily. You should always check your hours at the end of each week to ensure that they are correct.
